Laia Haurie Ibarra

Bachelor and PhD in Chemical Sciences from the University of Barcelona. Professor in the field of materials of the Department of Technology in Architecture of the Polytechnic University of Catalonia since 2012.

Research on the development and characterization of construction materials with different features, especially in the improvement of their behavior in case of fire. Another of the lines of work is related to the valuation of waste in the field of construction.

Teaching taught in the degree of Technical Architecture and Building, and in the Master's Degree in Advanced Construction in the Building of the Escola Politècnica Superior d'Edificació de Barcelona.
