Projects

From the Materials Laboratory we work on different types of projects. We respond to the requests of: the administration and institutions, collaborations with different professionals who find themselves with the need of making a specific test or diagnosing, the signature of specific or general agreements with companies or institutions; and we also make cooperation projects as a part of the knowledge transfer which is implicit within our institution. 

We use the term Heritage Building when referring to catalogued building projects, which require very accurated interventions, and a research in materials which can often only be done with the collaboration between professionals, institutions, universities and companies. 

We consider non Heritage Building as every non-catalogued building, which isn't specifically protected but which requires, when intervening, the same atention and rigour than a singular building could require. We are referring to the anonymous architecture: dwelling buildings, single-family housing, industrial units, etc.

The wide experience acumulated for over 20 years provides us of a know how specific to Diagnosis and testing methods which places us as a reference Laboratory in the building and construction field.
