-        Determining of the timber species of a sample by means of microscopical thin-layer observation in tangential, axial and radial directions.  

-        Determining of the breaking tensions (resistance class) by means of flecture test on a timber joist. 

-        Determining of the impregnability of timber species by protective products. 

-        Determining of the humidity by desiccation. 

-        Determining of the specific weight.
