2012. Barcelona, Catalunya
Joan Ramón Rosell, Antonia Navarro, Judith Ramírez
Brief description:
The object of this study is the "Can Ravella" farmhouse, located in the town of Ordal, a building that has been modified over time but apparently its origin dates from the 17th century. It is a diagnosis study of the lesions and dysfunctions of the building itself such as, humidity, cracks and cracks in the walls, biotic attacks on the wooden beams, etc. The whole process is subsequently generated by a partial collapse of the ground in one of the ground floor parts of the building, which will also lead to an exhaustive study of the terrain.
